Before you start up the program, we advise you to go to the option "Settings" and set the program according to your personal characteristics for more precise measuring of distance, speed and used calories.
As soon as you have set your personal data, all you have to do is to press "Start" button.
In order to count you steps while walking, you have to put your mobile phone into the front pocket of your trousers or shorts. Just in that location the program counts number of your steps more precisely while walking and builds detailed statistics
And if you like jogging, then the location does not matter. Put your mobile phone in any place which is convenient for you.
Please note: you must not to lock the mobile phone, otherwise the program will not count steps (it will be paused). If you put you mobile phone in a dark place (pocket, non-transparent cover), then sensor of the phone tunes on and switches the screen off, saving charge of the battery. Take it into account when you choose the place for the mobile phone.
If you need a definite pause before start, then set required time period within field "delay" in settings. All you have to do is to push button "Start", wait countdown and start training.
During training all buttons are locked and you can watch current result. If you want to make a break, just unlock the program (by means of slider).
When you finish your exercises, the program is going to offer you to save the data of the training. In order to do it, you just have to enter the name and press "Save" and now these data are available within section "Statistics"
Voila! And now you just need firmness of purpose and, of course, a couple of fine jogging shoes.
